A few words about our lovely realtor Alixe: looking for a house can be an exciting and stressful time. Alixe took the stress part completely out of it! Not only was she professional and knowledgable, she was understanding and incredibly patient. I would 100 percent recommend Alixe to anyone looking for or selling a house. We used Alixe Diewold as our Realtor when we moved back to Port Alberni. My husband and I wanted to purchase a piece of property to build our dream home on. We met with Alixe to tell her what we were looking for and she immediately started sending us information on available lots. She was very flexible with her hours and worked around our schedules when showing us properties. Although we were being quite picky, she was always very positive and never gave up on us! We decided to take a break from looking at properties for a while, as we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for. Alixe didn't stop looking for us though, and when an amazing property that fit our wish list came on the market, Alixe phoned us that day and arranged a time for us to view it so that we wouldn't miss out. We decided to put an offer in that day, as we knew another offer was also going in. Alixe guided us through the whole process. She kept us updated constantly as we anxiously awaited the news on whether or not our offer had been accepted. Thanks to Alixe being on the ball, we finally got our dream property! I couldn't recommend a more dedicated real estate agent! She really cares for her clients and wants to make them happy. We are so glad we were able to work with Alixe and are excited to begin building our new home this year.
